Hannah Montana star Mitchell Musso has been arrested on suspicion of theft and public intoxication after allegedly stealing a bag of potato chips.

The actor played Oliver Oaken alongside Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus.

Police were called Saturday to a hotel in Rockwell, Texas, where the 32-year-old man allegedly stole the chips, NBC reported.

When asked to pay, Musso allegedly refused.

Musso spent the night in jail but was released Sunday on a $1,000 bond. The actor also faces charges of expired car registration, failure to declare a driver’s license and breach of a “promise to appear” notice.
